Refund policy

Return Conditions:

- Items must be returned within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

- Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

How to Initiate a Return:

- Email our support team at admin@byebuy.nl within 3 days of receiving your item.

- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

- Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided by our team.

Refunds:

- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
